"Dan is the condo man! He helped me purchase a place in Minnetonka and made the whole process easy. He took time to review the HOA documents (because I sure wasn’t going to), pointed out things I wouldn’t have noticed, and even helped source new flooring options after closing. "We were relocating from the West Coast and honestly had no idea how buying a house from across the country was going to work. Luckily we found Dan Frank. From the start he was super responsive, easy to talk to, and really knew the local market. Since we couldn’t be there in person, he did video walkthroughs for us and talked us through each one so we had a good feel for what we were looking at.When we finally found the right place, Dan took care of all the details. He helped coordinate the inspection, kept everything on track, and made sure we understood what was going on throughout the process. Oh and he sent us a bunch of helpful videos too with his commentary throughout the process. What could’ve been a really stressful experience actually went pretty smoothly.We’re so thankful for all his help. If you’re buying from out of state (or even locally), we’d definitely recommend working with Dan and will be contacting him again when ready to sell."

"Dan took care of selling my home in St. Louis Park, and it was a huge weight off my shoulders. I’m 35, swamped with a little kid and my job, and I was dreading the process.
